Terms and Conditions

All orders MUST be shipped to the the billing address of the credit card you are using. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to reflect any address other address. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not our responsibility.

Typically all orders received Monday-Friday before 12pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. This is not a 100% Guarantee but for about 95% of the orders this is true.

Most deliveries require a signature. If you are not there to sign for your package you will most likely be left a notice to pick up from your local post office. If you are not home you may be able to have your package be left at your door be leaving your postman a signed note including your full name, date, signature, and instruction to leave your package (this is not guaranteed to work but it typically does).

Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and a successfully delivered package. Tracking is not included with delivery confirmation.

We are not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail.

All orders are typically shipped with in 24 hours of receiving payment Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

All hair extension products are intended for use ONLY by licensed and certified hair stylists. If at anytime you have a concern you must be able to provide proof that a licensed and certified stylist installed your application before we can help you. Any and all hair extension method must be preformed at your own risk. Results may vary.

All instructions on our Hair Care Instructions page must be read and followed.

SHIPPING - Shipping charges are non-refundable/Exchangeable. You are responsible to pay for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to , the date your order was placed online, and any additional shipping charges if applicable. If your exchange credit covers the new shipping charges you do not need to include extra payment. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unexpected weather, acts of God, or any other unforeseeable events which may delay delivery.

RETURNS - Exchange only/NO Refunds. All unused/unopened items with the exception of clip-in hair may be exchanged. Items must be sent back to us with a postmark dated no later than 7 days after your items were delivered. If there is a problem, we will try to rectify the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are no refunds or chargebacks allowed. You may email us Shipping@yourhairshop.com for further information.

CANCELLATIONS - Upon your request for an order cancellation, we will make every effort possible to stop the shipment without any cancellation fees.

SALES TAX - Sales tax will be applied to any orders being shipped within the state of California. For tax exemption, a seller’s permit issued by the California State BOE must be presented prior to placing an order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS - In the event a yourhairshop.com product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, yourhairshop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. yourhairshop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, yourhairshop.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
